Companies often get lost in “systems.” We are always looking for the best or fastest method of getting work done. We often lose track of how that looks to our most valuable potential commodity, our employees. When we consider our Employer Brand, we must look at our process from application to exit interview. Our retention efforts begin the moment a potential candidate arrives on our website. How we engage with our employees should be the same way we expect our staff to interact with our patients & customers, with care and understanding.
This presentation explores how you can evaluate your department to determine if your company is supporting its talent acquisition and retention to maximum potential.
