Are You Who You Say You Are: How Recruiting Affects your Employer Brand

Key Objectives

  • This presentation will enhance your ability to analyze your candidate experience through a detailed look at progressive solutions and analysis techniques.
  • The onboarding experience for many new employees is the difference between a 2-year and 10-year tenure. The presentation examines how onboarding can be revolutionized at the local level with just a few easy steps.
  • Engagement and retention are vital in an everchanging job market where Millennials desire to feel an emotional connection to their employer. The presentation takes look at easy ways to implement new partnerships to enhance opportunities for employees and build life-long brand champions.

Companies often get lost in “systems.” We are always looking for the best or fastest method of getting work done. We often lose track of how that looks to our most valuable potential commodity, our employees. When we consider our Employer Brand, we must look at our process from application to exit interview. Our retention efforts begin the moment a potential candidate arrives on our website. How we engage with our employees should be the same way we expect our staff to interact with our patients & customers, with care and understanding.
This presentation explores how you can evaluate your department to determine if your company is supporting its talent acquisition and retention to maximum potential.

Approved for HRCI Business Credit.
