Beth serves as Director-At Large for ARSHRM State Council and has been a member of CAHRA, NOARK or NEASHRM & National SHRM since 2008. She has served as VP of Programs for NEASHRM 2014, 2015 & 2016 and the Certification Chair for 2016. She earned her PHR in 2009 and her SHRM-CP designation in 2015. She is a graduate of Columbia Southern University with a BSBA in Human Resources and is working on her masters. She has 18 years of experience in various capacities in the field of HR. Beth was voted the 2014 “Woman of the Year” by the National Association of Professional Women for her commitment to her profession; was the 2016 recipient of the ARSHRM J.C. Cote Memorial Scholarship award and the 2016 recipient of the National SHRM Scholarship for Undergraduates. Beth was nominated by Columbia Southern University and was inducted into Sigma Alpha Pi CSU Chapter of The National Society of Leadership and Success for outstanding scholarship and leadership. She has served in various capacities on the ARSHRM Conference and Expo.
