Monic Isom, SHRM-CP

Vice President of Human Resources at Easterseals Arkansas

Monic Isom grew up in McGehee, Arkansas. She has greater than twenty-five years in the HR profession. Monic has experience working in the following industries: banking, hospitality, manufacturing, healthcare, non-profit and retail. Monic is a certified professional in human resources as well as she has her SHRM-CP. Through the SHRM Foundation, Monic completed the Veterans at Work Certificate Program. Monic completed the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace Certificate Program through University of South Florida Muma College of Business. In addition, Monic also holds a Master of Art in Human Resources Management from Webster University. Monic currently is employed with Easterseals Arkansas, as the Vice President of Human Resources. Monic is an active member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated, Delta Omega Omega Chapter in Pine Bluff, Arkansas. Monic is a board member of United Arkansas Credit Union, where she is Vice Board Chair. Monic is happily married to Rickey Isom. Together they have three adult children and two dogs.
