Think Less / Achieve More

What holds us back from achieving our goals, at work and in life?

It usually comes down to how we think – the stories we tell ourselves about what we can or can’t do and our ability to envision the future and rebound from setbacks.

In this inspiring and practical keynote, Dr. Frank Niles shows you how to win the mental game and create the breakthroughs you need to achieve the goals you desire.

Drawing upon ancient practices and the latest research, Frank shares three strategies you can begin using immediately to unleash your potential and improve your life.

Thousands of leaders around the globe use Frank’s mental success-method.  You don’t want to miss this session.
