In these times of high labor demands, many organizations are wrestling with how to attract, compensate and retain the best and brightest employees. HR must be prepared to lead organizations through the monumental changes that have already impacted the workplace. This session will explore ways to maintain a competitive compensation program in today’s labor market.

Key Objectives:

  • Developing a pay strategy and why it is important
  • Conducting market studies and pricing jobs in the current labor market
  • Rewarding high performance during the merit process while staying within budget
