Priscilla Barnes, PHR is the Senior Advisor, Employee Relations & Safeguarding for an international nonprofit based in Los Angeles, CA called CORE, Community Organized Relief Effort. The organization responses to disasters and empowers communities in and out of crisis.  Her primary areas of expertise include employee relations, performance management, and learning and development. She is a proud graduate of Leadership Greater Little Rock (Class XXXVIII) and active in community organizations including the Junior League of Little Rock.  She has been an active member of CAHRA and looking forward to assisting with the conference.
