Key Objectives

Understand the various laws that require employers to accommodate employees; understand the process that employers must go through to meet their obligations; and consider various types of accommodations that might be effective in certain situations.

In this session, Daveante Jones of Wright Lindsey Jennings Labor & Employment law team will discuss the duty to accommodate your employees under a variety of laws for a variety of reasons, including the accommodation of disabilities, sincerely-held religious beliefs, pregnancy/childbirth-related conditions and other potentially protected categories.
