• Can I register multiple people?

  
  The online registration form will only allow you to register one person at a time this year. If you would like to register additional attendees, you will need to log out and create a new account for the person you would like to register. Please use a unique email for each registrant and save the password for the account for the attendee to use to access the vault.

• What can I do with my conference account?

  When you are logged into your account, you will be able to access the vault items as they become available closer to the event, as well as CE information provided after the conference. In addition, you can mark sessions you want to attend to create your own schedule to enhance your conference experience.

• Where do I check in when I arrive?

  
  Attendee Registration will be in the lobby of the Hot Springs Convention Center outside the exhibit hall.

• Is there free parking?

  
  Yes, there is free on-site parking at the Hot Springs Convention Center.

• How should I dress?

  
  Business Casual. Please bring a sweater or light jacket to ensure your comfort during sessions and events.

• Can I earn SHRM PDC and/or HRCI certification credits at the conference?

  
  Yes. Sessions approved for credits will be marked in the conference program and on the website.

• Will there be free charging stations?

  
  Yes, the locations of charging stations will be announced at the conference.

• Will free Wi-Fi be available?

  
  Yes, free Wi-Fi will be available at the venue during the conference.
