Alice @Work...
Key Objectives
1. Define ALICE and explore where ALICE appears in attendees' workplaces and daily lives. 2. Understand the connection between ALICE workforce supports and employee recruitment and retention. 3. Learn about ALICE @ Work and consider participation in an upcoming ALICE @ Work cohort.
ALICE (Asset Limited, Income Constrained, Employed) is the essential workforce we rely on every day. These workers are critical to keep our businesses, our economy, and our households running, yet they do not earn enough to afford their family’s basic needs. ALICE @ Work equips companies to support and empower their ALICE workforce through strategies that positively impact recruitment and retention. Learn how your company can join the ALICE @ Work movement.
