Anna Hicks

Director of Onsites, Staffmark

Anna Hicks is the Director of Onsites for the Tri-State Region. Anna works closely with Michele Short, Vice President. In this role, Anna supports Arkansas, Mississippi, Tennessee, and Missouri. She is the primary liaison with customers on behalf of Staffmark with respect to adherence to customer processes, rules, metrics, and standards. She serves as the focal point of all staffing related talent workforce assigned to the on-site program.

Since joining Staffmark 28 years ago, Anna has been responsible for P&L management, maintaining knowledge of industry trends and employment legislation, ensuring the organization’s compliance for her area.

Anna enjoys giving back to the HR community by serving on the Arkansas Human Resource State Conference Board, serving as registration chair and other roles. She is proud to have gained her PHR certification in 2020. Along with her PHR, Anna has several other staffing industry specific certifications which gives her a broad knowledge of Human Resources.

Anna has one daughter, enjoys travel and loves anything in or near the water.
