Anna Hicks

Director of Onsites, Staffmark

Anna Hicks is a Director of Onsites for Staffmark, overseeing operations in Arkansas, Western Tennessee, Kansas and Missouri. Supporting 7 clients across 18 campuses.  In this role, she serves as the primary liaison between Staffmark and its customers, ensuring adherence to client processes, rules, metrics, and standards. She also acts as the key point of contact for all staffing-related workforce management within the on-site programs.

Since joining Staffmark 32 years ago, Anna has been responsible for P&L management, staying informed on industry trends and employment legislation, and ensuring regulatory compliance within her designated areas.

Anna is passionate about giving back to the HR community. She actively contributes to the Arkansas Human Resource State Conference Board, serving as the registration chair and in other leadership roles. In 2020, she earned her Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification, a milestone she takes great pride in. Additionally, she holds several staffing industry-specific certifications, providing her with a well-rounded expertise in human resources.

Outside of work, Anna enjoys traveling and spending time near the water.
