Closing Keynote - "Closing the Gap Between Average & Excellence"

All levels of an organization’s leadership team must be clear and impartial about critical business obligations in those challenging times. When things do take a down turn, the main thing no longer becomes the main thing – and no organization can survive being average. This program is designed to help HR professionals use their creative power to expose potential ‘Average’ tendencies in order to transition to habits of ‘Excellence’. Participants will learn three basic components that distinguish average tendencies vs. habits of excellence. You will learn five reasons why leaders fail, and six leadership tactics that create excellence in any economy. In addition, you will walk being able to create a blue print to successfully lead through a crisis.
