With four generations of professionals in the workplace today, each group, shaped by different experiences and trends, has its own general preferences, priorities and needs. This presentation will highlight key facts about today’s workforce and their impact on how managers hire, motivate and retain skilled professionals today.

Patrick Strack is a Vice President and Branch Director for Robert Half, the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm. In his role, he manages the accounting, finance, and administrative practice groups in the Little Rock branch. Patrick joined Robert Half in 2013 and has held various roles within the company including Talent Manager and Practice Director. He was promoted to his current role in 2019. Quoted frequently by local media outlets for his expertise in career development and hiring trends, Patrick enjoys mentoring his staff and matching job seekers with the perfect employer. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Delta State University and has close to 11 years of experience in finance and client services.
