HR Leadership Takes Head & Heart

Many of the options we face in life, love and leadership aren’t limited to an either/or choice.  Many times, if we dig a little deeper, we’ll see a generous range of both head and heard opportunities.  It is best to form a partnership between heart and head-driven leadership.  You do not have to choose one leadership style over the other, but rather combine them and utilize the best parts of both.  A great leader understands both results and relationships are equally important.  The work will get done by and through the team.  They deliver solid results while developing and maintaining relationships.

Key Objectives:

  • Discuss ways to create a safe space to reflect and feel
  • Recognize how to put expectations in perspective and set priorities
  • Understand the importance of increasing employee satisfaction while having a positive impact on the bottom line
