Shalynne Jackson is Founder and Principal Strategist of Sonder Consulting, a firm dedicated to elevating workplace culture. With a strong commitment to equity, Shalynne brings extensive experience in implementing diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) strategies across diverse industries—from Fortune 500 corporations to public safety agencies. Her impactful contributions extend beyond consulting. Shalynne serves as the Membership Chair for SHRM’s Oklahoma Human Resources State Council (OKHR) and is an active member of Schnake Turnbo Franks’ Inclusion & Diversity Advisory Committee. Additionally, she plays a vital role on the board of ReMerge, a comprehensive diversion program. In 2023, Shalynne’s outstanding work earned her recognition as a Notable DEI Leader by 405 Business Magazine and as one of the Metro’s Most Influential Leaders. She holds a Master of Human Relations degree from The University of Oklahoma.
