Melissa MacMillan
Vice President at Intentionally Different HR Consulting, LLC
Melissa MacMillan is Vice President of Intentionally Different HR Consulting (IDHR). She has been a member of the team for seven years and has over 35 years of experience in human resources. Prior to joining the IDHR, Melissa served as a Divisional Vice President and Human Resources Business Partner for the technology team of a major global retailer. She also has experience in financial services and consulting. Melissa provides guidance, training, and support to clients in the areas of recruiting and onboarding, talent management, employee relations, employment law compliance, organizational development, and overall development of best practices of HR management. Melissa has a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Relations and Labor Studies from West Virginia University Institute of Technology. She is also certified as a Senior Human Resources Professional (SPHR). In her spare time she enjoys, cooking, traveling and spending time with her family.
