Bethany Wallace partners with mission-minded organizations to build better workplaces through soft skills solutions. Bethany focuses in strengthening workplaces through training, executive coaching, and keynote presentations. Bethany presents research and contributes to major publications, including HigherEdJobs, Glassdoor, Lensa, College Recruiter, Zip Recruiter, Jobscan, Flex Jobs, the New York Daily News, Arkansas Talent Podcast, and more. Bethany has published four books. Bethany also serves part-time as a human resources professional for a ministry organization. Bethany worked for 12 years as an English faculty member and career services director. She managed content for College Recruiter, served on a technical writing team at HP, and provided grant writing and editing services for small businesses. She garnered experience in sales and nonprofit leadership. Bethany earned her Master of Arts degree in English Language and Literature at Arkansas Tech University and her Bachelor of Arts degree in English at Lyon College.
