He works with a wide and diverse range of industries including banks and financial institutions, utilities, health care, technology, manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, nonprofit, construction, and service organizations. He has over 30 years of experience in all areas of functional areas of HR as a Director of Human Resources in manufacturing, service and financial industries and in his consulting firm with clients coast to coast. He is a top rated speaker on the topic of Affirmative Action compliance for SHRM and other conferences many other professional associations and conferences across the country. He is a recipient of the Outstanding Member Award from the local SHRM chapter and the Arkansas Chapter of the American Society for Training and Development. Lynn Clements, J.D.

As Director of Regulatory Affairs for Berkshire Associates Inc., Lynn Clements oversees Berkshire’s audit defense practice and has helped clients defend hundreds of OFCCP compliance reviews. Previously, Lynn served in several senior-level positions at the OFCCP and EEOC, and as a shareholder at a management-side law firm where she advised clients on the full range of employment issues, including large-scale class discrimination investigations. Lynn has testified before Congress on EEO and pay equity issues and regularly assists industry organizations, including SHRM and CUPA-HR, in understanding and responding to regulatory proposals. She is currently Secretary for the BILG and serves on the U.S. Chamber of Commerce Washington Corporate Representatives Committee. Lynn graduated summa cum laude from Wilkes University and earned her J.D. cum laude from Georgetown University.
