Colby Wilson, MBA, SHRM-SCP

Director of TA at Arkansas Children’s

Colby Wilson has served as the Director of Talent Acquisition at Arkansas Children’s (AC) since 2022. He joined AC after 15 years working in healthcare hospital systems and physician private practices. He has held many roles ranging from Talent Acquisition, Director of HR, COO, and CEO which aids in his alignment of Human Resources in supporting Business Operations. A native of Searcy, Colby completed his bachelor’s degree in Health Care Management and Masters of Business Administration at Harding University. He earned his SHRM-SCP designation in 2016 and has served on the board of the Arkansas Healthcare Human Resource Association.
