This is Your Circus and Those I-9 Forms are your Monkeys

The federal government recommends that all employers conduct self-audits of their forms I-9. If you are unsure about the procedures surrounding this process, you could cause more mistakes than you correct. We will explore guidance on self-audits in an effort to gain complete I-9 compliance during a "high enforcement" era.

Key Objectives

  1. Discover federal guidance for I-9 self-audits.
  2. Identify all federal regulatory agencies which may have an interest in the I-9 process.
  3. Gain understanding of current I-9 enforcement trends.
