Minnie Lenox

Director of Human Resources at City of Hot Springs

Minnie Lenox, a native of Hot Springs, attended the historic Langston High, Hot Springs High Indiana University and University of Oklahoma.  February 1, 2004, she became Director of Human Resources for the City of Hot Springs where she is currently employed. She has written and conducted numerous workshops in Leadership, Professional Development, and Sensitivity Training.  She has been very involved in her community, especially working with our youth.

Her focus is on creating a workplace where employees can thrive and be successful.

Melody Lenox

SVP of Operations at Axxess

Melody Lenox, SVP of Operations for Axxess, the leading technology innovator for healthcare at home. She’s responsible for advancing global growth strategies, improving operational excellence, leading organizational change. Melody’s proven track record building winning cultures, leadership and systems that drive positive performance results.  She’s been recognized with numerous awards, including the Top 100 Global HR Professional Icons, Top Corporate National Leader,  National Women’s Council Top 15 Business Women, Dallas Business Journal Minority Business Leader, Dallas Business Journal Women in Business, and Texas Diversity’s Top 15 Business Women of Dallas. Melody has also been featured in various media including Forbes, Business Journals and is a member of the Forbes HR Council, CHIEF,  and SHRM.

Brian Lenox

Sr. Regional HR at GFL Environmental Inc.

Brian is a very open and collaborative partner that enjoys helping people. He has a passion for inspiring the greatness in others and prides himself on being able to reach people where they are, to engage and equip them with the tools necessary to succeed. His commitment to being impactful and effective has contributed to his growth personally and professionally. He is a 3rd generation HR professional and earned his degree from Northwestern. Brian is extremely excited for the opportunity to serve in this capacity here at GFL.
