Minnie Lenox, a native of Hot Springs, attended the historic Langston High, Hot Springs High Indiana University and University of Oklahoma. February 1, 2004, she became Director of Human Resources for the City of Hot Springs where she is currently employed. She has written and conducted numerous workshops in Leadership, Professional Development, and Sensitivity Training. She has been very involved in her community, especially working with our youth.
Her focus is on creating a workplace where employees can thrive and be successful.

She’s responsible for advancing global growth strategies, improving operational excellence, leading organizational change. Melody’s proven track record building winning cultures, leadership and systems that drive positive performance results. Brian is a very open and collaborative partner that enjoys helping people. He has a passion for inspiring the greatness in others and prides himself on being able to reach people where they are, to engage and equip them with the tools necessary to succeed. His commitment to being impactful and effective has contributed to his growth personally and professionally. He is a 3rd generation HR professional and earned his degree from Northwestern.
