Allison Ramsey

Allison Ramsey is the Sr. Manager for AAR Component Services. In this role, Allison reports directly to Chris Toppin, Sr. Vice President of Human Resources and works closely with US and Thailand Component Services General Managers and Sr. VP, Jim Berberet.
 
Allison joined TRIUMPH in 2017 which was recently acquired by AAR. Allison has been instrumental in the integration through the development of change management strategies that guide leadership and employees through the transition process. Allison has continued to focus on supporting human resource requirements of the business required to achieve operational and financial performance. Since joining AAR, Allison is serving on committees that are representative of the Component Services business she supports.
  
Allison is a graduate of the University of Arkansas with a BA degree in Communications. She also has her Professional in Human Resources (PHR) and SHRM-CP designations. 

Allison currently serves on the board of The Greater Hot Springs Metro Partnership.

Allison has two daughters and enjoys attending and supporting all Razorback sports, traveling and playing tennis in her spare time.
