Allison Ramsey, PHR, SHRM-CP

Sr. Manager, Human Resources, AAR Component Services

Allison Ramsey serves as the Senior Manager of Human Resources for AAR Component Services. In this role, she partners closely with the General Managers of Hot Springs, Onset Aviation Services (Miami), and xCelle Americas to align HR strategies with business objectives. Allison reports directly to Shane Reif, Senior Director of Human Resources.

Since joining AAR in 2017, Allison has played a key role in driving change management initiatives that support leadership in succession planning, employee development, and training. Her focus remains on delivering HR solutions that enable operational excellence and financial performance.

Allison earned her Bachelor of Arts in Communications from the University of Arkansas and holds both the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) and SHRM-CP designations. She also serves on the board of The Greater Hot Springs Metro Partnership.

Allison has two daughters and enjoys traveling, playing tennis, and supporting all Razorback sports in her spare time.
