Allison Ramsey is the Sr. Manager for TRIUMPH Product Support. In this role, Allison reports directly to Danielle Garrett, Sr. Director of Human Resources and works closely with General Managers, Katie Wilson, Brandon Witte, Ben Murrell, Monty Richardson and TPS President, Jim Berberet.
Since joining Triumph Airborne Structures in 2017, Allison has focused on supporting human resource requirements of the business required to achieve operational and financial performance. Allison also serves on the Diversity & Inclusion Workstream Issues sub-committee and is co-chair of the Women’s ERG for TRIUMPH.
Prior to Triumph, Allison was the Area Manager of a National Staffing Company that provided talent management and recruiting strategies to numerous companies in Central Arkansas.
Allison is a graduate of the University of Arkansas with a BA degree in Communications. She also has her Professional in Human Resources (PHR) and SHRM-CP designations.
Allison currently serves on the board of The Greater Hot Springs Metro Partnership.
Allison has two daughters and enjoys watching all Razorback sports, traveling and playing tennis in her spare time.
