Welcome to the Spotlight…Orientation
To kick things off, we invite you to attend the New Attendee & Student Volunteer Orientation. This session will be held in person with a virtual option available. During orientation, we’ll walk you through what to expect at the conference, spotlight key details, and make sure you’re prepped and ready to take action whether you're attending, volunteering, or both. It’s going to be a great production, and we’re glad you’re part of it. See you in the spotlight!

Wednesday Night Reception
Lights, Camera, HR Take Action! Step back in time to the golden age of Old Hollywood, where glamor meets HR in a night full of fun, flair, and a little friendly competition!
We invite you to join us for a dazzling Wednesday Night Reception that’s sure to be a showstopper.
The spotlight shines on “Movie Jeopardy” an exciting and interactive game that will test your silver screen smarts and keep you entertained from curtain rise to final credits!

Thursday Morning Yoga Session
