Holley LITTLE

SENIOR HUMAN RESOURCES BUSINESS PARTNER, SOUTHERN BANCORP

Holley has been volunteering for Arkansas SHRM since 2002. She served as Arkansas SHRM State Director in 2023 and 2024 and is currently the Immediate Past Director for the State Council. She served CAHRA as President and also received the CAHRA Rising Star Award. She has served Arkansas SHRM as Foundation Director, Core Leadership Director, Chapter Advocate Director, Core Leadership Director and Communications and Awards Director. Holley has served on numerous ELLA and State Conference committees – 21 to date, co-chairing the State Conference in 2011.

Holley received the Arkansas SHRM HR Professional of the Year in 2016. She has been an appointee on the Governors’ Workforce Development Board since 2015 and served a two-year term as President of the Board of Education for the Benton Public Schools. Holley is a Senior Human Resources Business Partner for Southern Bancorp where she focuses on Employee Engagement and Employee Relations.
