Kim Finne, SHRM-CP, SPHR has more than 29 years of Human Resource experience skills in the areas of financial management, strategic planning, organizational and employee management, training, recruitment, and HRIS. Kim completed her BBA in Marketing in 1986 and Executive MBA in 2000 at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock, where she also served on the College of Business Alumni Board for several years.
Kim has been a member of the Arkansas Society for Human Resource Management State Council where she was the Director of Technology for five years and ARSHRM State Conference Chair in 2007. She has been a member of SHRM since 1995 and a member of the Central Arkansas Human Resources Association (CAHRA) where she served as the Certification Committee Chairperson, Superior Merit Chairperson, Vice President of Communication and on over 16 ARSRHM state conference committee since 1998. Her contributions to the ARSHRM state conference were highlighted by a 2006 SHRM HR Magazine articles featuring the conference website that she designed.
She is also active with the College & University Personnel Association for Human Resources (CUPA-HR) since 1998, along with the local chapter of ARCUPA-HR and CUPA-HR regional board member from 2006 – 2013. In 2012 and again in 2017 Kim was awarded the CUPA-HR Meritorious Service Award for significant contributions to the HR Profession and CUPA-HR and in 2008 the Southwest CUPA-HR Roadrunner award for HR Professional of the year.
