Kinyata Gray, PHR, SHRM-CP

Chief People Officer, CJRW

Kinyata Gray, PHR, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the Chief People & Operations Officer at CJRW in Little Rock. She works across people, operations, and business systems to help keep CJRW running smoothly, overseeing Human Resources, Accounting, Information Technology, and contract management. 

Her credentials include a bachelor’s in business administration from Harding University, a master’s in business administration from the University of Central Arkansas and over a decade of experience in human resources leadership roles.

She has long served as a SHRM volunteer with previous positions on the ARSHRM State Council, various volunteer roles in NEASHRM including Chapter President in 2022, and most notably on the SHRM Young Professionals Advisory Council from 2020-2022. She is currently a member of CAHRA and most recently served as their Vice President of Communications from 2023-2025.
