Kinyata Gray

Kinyata Gray, PHR, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the Chief People Officer at CJRW in Little Rock. She is responsible for overseeing processes and projects in performance management, employee relations and learning & development — as well as ensuring that CJRW attracts, develops, and retains exceptional talent. Her credentials include a bachelor’s in business administration from Harding University, a master’s in business administration from the University of Central Arkansas and over a decade of experience in human resources leadership roles.


She has long served as a SHRM volunteer with previous positions on the ARSHRM State Council, various volunteer roles in NEASHRM including Chapter President in 2022, and most notably on the SHRM Young Professionals Advisory Council from 2020-2022. She is currently a member of CAHRA and serves as the Vice President of Communications.
