Carla Ayer is a Senior Certified Professional through both SHRM and HRCI and serves as Director of Intrinsic HR Business Partners, LLC. With more than 20 years of leadership and human resources experience, she is known as a trusted advisor, speaker, and facilitator, valued for her strategic insight and practical, hands-on approach. Carla partners closely with business owners and senior leaders to navigate employment law compliance while strengthening employee relations. Her expertise covers the full HR spectrum, including complex business challenges, conflict resolution, FMLA administration, ADA accommodations, leadership development, training, and designing and implementing effective HR policies and practices. An active leader in the HR community, Carla is involved in the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), SHRM Atlanta, several local SHRM chapters, the National Human Resource Management Association, and various chambers of commerce and business associations. She also serves as the Chair of the Atlanta SHRM Mentoring Committee.
