Tina Gilbert is the Founder and CEO of Next Level Training Solutions Group, LLC, a leadership development and organizational consulting organization dedicated to helping individuals and organizations grow, lead effectively, and thrive through change. With more than 25 years of experience in training, organizational development, leadership, and coaching, Tina brings a practical, people-centered approach that drives meaningful and measurable results. Tina’s mission is simple yet powerful: to add value to the lives of others by helping them grow, develop, and accomplish their goals. Her work focuses on strengthening leadership capability, improving communication, building emotionally intelligent teams, and creating workplace cultures rooted in trust, accountability, and engagement. Tina holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from the University of Central Arkansas and a Master of Arts in Management and Leadership from Webster University. She is a former Independent Certified Coach, Teacher, and Speaker with the John Maxwell Team and a Certified Facilitator with Franklin Covey, Development Dimensions International (DDI), and Achieve Global. She is also a graduate of the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses Program, further strengthening her strategic and business leadership expertise. As a consultant, facilitator, and coach, Tina has worked with nonprofits, city and government agencies, and private organizations across Arkansas and beyond. She is the author of Next Level Thinking: 90 Days to Inspire Your Best Life and currently serves on the Board of Directors for Dress for Success Northwest Arkansas and NWA SHRM and active community leader in the NWA. Tina is the author of Next Level Thinking: 90 Days to Inspire Your Best Life, a leadership journal designed to help individuals reflect, refocus, and take intentional action toward personal and professional growth. Her speaking and facilitation style is engaging, relatable, and grounded in real-world experience, making her a trusted partner for leaders navigating change and uncertainty. Outside of work, Tina enjoys spending quality time with family and friends and believes strongly in lifelong learning, service, and leading with purpose.
