Melanie Browning is Manager of Human Resources for ARORA. She has managed ARORA’s “people” and “development” departments since 2014. With more than 15 years’ experience in HR, Melanie has directed functions such as employee relations, compensation and benefits, recruitment, staffing, employer value proposition, training and development, and culture development. Melanie holds a Master of Human Resource Management degree from Webster University and is a Senior Certified Professional with the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM). Melanie is committed to advancing opportunities for people of color in HR through volunteerism with the Black HR Professional Network. She is also a member of the Central Arkansas Human Resource Association, through which she works to support and develop diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging initiatives. Of all her certifications and credentials, Melanie’s favorite title is “Auntie” to two nephews, one great niece, and three codependent American Bully’s.
