Rachel ‘Nikki’ Skinner, PHR, SHRM-CP, currently serves as Vice President of Human Resources for Farmers and Merchants Bank at its Headquarters in Stuttgart. She has worked in all functions of the HR Department since 2010.

Nikki has been a member of SHRM since 2013 and has served multiple years on both the ARSHRM Conference Committee and the ELLA Conference Committee.
