Reviving a Safety Committee after COVID

This presentation will provide insight into why the absence of a Safety Committee may result in human suffering, loss of income, productivity, company image in the community, and impact on a company’s revenue.

Additionally recommended steps will be provided on how to re-engage potential Safety Committee persons, by explaining the committee role in safety and their overall purpose for existing.

Lastly attendees will learn several ideas about how to prepare and conduct a committee safety meeting, in order to try and eliminate the negative opinions about attending the meetings.
