She owns Legacy Family Services, a group mental health practice in Oklahoma City, and is the founder and CEO of LeadDash, a HIPAA-compliant platform built for mental health professionals. Her expertise sits at the intersection of clinical mental health and workforce sustainability. She has advised corporate teams, healthcare organizations, and nonprofits on burnout prevention, employee well-being, and building psychologically safe work cultures.
