5 Levels of Leadership

The 5 Levels of Leadership, developed by John C. Maxwell, is a framework designed to help individuals understand and enhance their leadership capabilities. This training guides leaders through five levels, each building upon the previous one to achieve greater influence and effectiveness.

Key Objectives

The primary objectives of the 5 Levels of Leadership Training are designed to help participants develop a deep understanding of leadership principles and enhance their leadership skills at each level. They will learn how Leadership is not about having a title, being a “boss” or that people follow you because they are required to, but Leadership is about influence. Training Outline: 1. Understanding the 5 Levels of Leadership Framework ? Position, Permission, Production, Professional Development, and Pinnacle 2. Engage in practical exercises and case studies to apply leadership principles in real-world situations. 3. Reflect on personal growth and progress throughout the training. 4. Develop action plans to implement learned leadership skills in the workplace.
