Geno Bell
Vice President, Transportation at WalMart
Geno Bell is Vice President of Transportation at Walmart, where he has built a 24-year career driving operational excellence and leading within one of the largest supply chains in the world. Before joining Walmart, Geno spent four years in the National Football League with the New York Jets, Buffalo Bills, and Cleveland Browns. He has carried the discipline, resilience, and teamwork of professional sports into his business leadership and community impact. In 2018, Geno founded Be BOLD, LLC, an organization dedicated to equipping young people to live with purpose, intentionality, and personal accountability. He also shares his passion for football as the sideline reporter for the Arkansas Razorbacks on the Arkansas Sports Property Network, presented by Learfield, bringing fans a former player’s perspective every weekend. A proud lifetime member of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc., Geno also values education deeply. He holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Arkansas and a Master of Science in Management from Indiana Wesleyan University. At his core, Geno is most proud of his family. He and his wife, Dr. Karmen V. Bell, are the proud parents of three adult children—sons Mason and Nicholas, and daughter Lauren.
