This interactive session offers a research-based, practical approach to preventing burnout through creative balance. Drawing from neuroscience, wellness practices, and personal experience, Meagan Davis guides attendees in creating their own “Creative Recovery Plan” to restore energy, purpose, and sustainability in leadership. Expect reflection, real tools, and a renewed sense of possibility for both work and life.
Key Objectives

Identify small, repeatable creative practices that improve emotional resilience and reduce burnout risk. Create a personalized “Creative Recovery Plan” to support sustainable well-being in both personal and professional life.
