Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellations must be made in writing.
2. Cancellations will be assessed a $25 administrative fee if received prior to Sept. 1, 2024.
3. Fifty percent (50%) of the registration fee will be refunded for cancellations received from Sept. 1 - Sept. 14, 2024
4. Cancellations received after Sept. 15, 2024 are non-refundable.
5. Substitutes are allowed.
