Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations must be made in writing.
- Cancellations will be assessed a $25 administrative fee if received prior to August 15, 2026.
- Fifty percent (50%) of the registration fee will be refunded for cancellations received from August 15 - 31, 2026.
- Cancellations received after August 31, 2026 are non-refundable.
- Substitutes are allowed.
