Standard booth package includes: keynote sessions, receptions, and meals for up to two people, 8’ height drape 10’x10’, (1) 6’ skirted table, (2) chairs, 3’ height dividing wing drape, (1) vendor I.D. sign. Other supplies can be ordered for an add'l fee.

All prices are in advance. Additional charges will apply if ordered day of conference. Each meal package will give the exhibitor access to all meals and receptions throughout the conference. Requests for special voltage will be handled on a first come, first served basis due to limited locations and current available.
- Cancellations must be made in writing.
- Cancellations will be assessed a $25 administrative fee if received prior to February 29, 2020.
- Fifty percent (50%) of the registration fee will be refunded for cancellations received from February 29 - March 13, 2020.
- Cancellations received after March 13, 2020 are non-refundable.
- Substitutes are allowed.
