Michael Moore

Partner at Friday, Eldredge and Clark

Michael S. Moore is a partner at Friday, Eldredge & Clark, where he heads the firm's Labor and Employment Practice Group. He is a Fellow of the American College of Labor and Employment Lawyers and serves as a board member of the Arkansas State Chamber of Commerce where he chairs its Unemployment Insurance Committee. He recently completed a 6 year term as Chair of the Arkansas Judges and Lawyers Assistance Program and currently sits on the Arkansas Supreme Court Committee on Lawyer Well Being. Mike has been recognized by The Best Lawyers in America as "Lawyer of the Year" in employment and labor law management. He is also distinguished by Chambers USA and Mid-South Super Lawyers for his work in employment and labor, business litigation, and civil rights/First Amendment. He has served on a number of non-profit boards in central Arkansas including the American Heart Association, Downtown Rotary Club and currently, the Wolfe Street Foundation. Michael was the recipient of the 2025 Arkansas SHRM Rusell Gunter Legislative Advocacy Award.
