Steven is a native of Stuttgart, Arkansas. He most recently served as the Director of the Center for Leadership Development at the University of Central Arkansas and has over ten years of experience as a Leadership Development Consultant. Steven holds a PhD in Organizational Leadership from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology and an MBA from the University of Central Arkansas. Currently, he dedicates his efforts to Shake It Up Consulting and serves as a Facilitator for LEADEROLOGY in Southern California. He specializes in leadership, change management, and organizational development, with a commitment to empowering leaders and organizations to achieve lasting, transformational outcomes. Drawing on extensive experience, he has designed and facilitated impactful workshops and training sessions on topics including team development, leadership excellence, mindset shifts, strategic planning, Gallup Strengths, emotional intelligence (EQI), and effective communication.
