Refill Your Cup: Self-Care for Thriving Leaders
In this session, we’ll dive into how taking care of you is the key to being a great leader. You will learn how to craft a self-care plan that addresses your relational, mental, emotional, and physical health, so you can show up as your best self. We’ll explore the power of rest and why building a strong life outside of work is essential to thriving in your role.
Key Objectives
1. Self-care is not selfish. The quality of your self-care can benefit (or damage) the people around you. 2. Self-care must be proactive. You can't wait until it feels necessary - you must take action in advance. 3. Self-care requires sacrifice. It's not always about relaxing or indulging - it's more about developing and growing yourself so that you can achieve a higher impact.
