Teri Roper is Human Resources Manager for Arkansas Blue Cross Blue Shield and has been in the HR field since 1997.  She graduated with distinction from John Brown University with a bachelor’s degree in Organization Management.  Currently leading recruiting, compliance and regulatory endeavors at Arkansas Blue Cross, she has a well-rounded HR background.  Her team at Arkansas Blue Cross reviews in excess of 13,000 candidates each year and has interviewed and hired thousands.  In 2014, Arkansas Blue Cross began a formal internship program which Teri was instrumental in developing.  Currently, Teri is a member of CAHRA where she has served on various committees and the board of directors.  She has also served on several AR SHRM conference committees, is a member of the Arkansas Compensation Association and the Arkansas ILG.
