This session empowers individuals to cultivate a more fulfilling and balanced life by focusing on three key areas: authenticity, boundaries, and counterbalancing work-life stress. Participants will learn how to embrace their true selves, confidently communicate and uphold personal boundaries, and develop practical strategies to balance career demands with personal well-being. Through engaging discussions and actionable tools, this course fosters a holistic approach to well-being, enabling participants to thrive both personally and professionally.
Key Objectives
Recognize the components of burnout. Understand the way out of burnout into wholeness. Apply the ABCs of authenticity, boundaries, and counterbalance to create a path forward.
