The Power of Organizational PlasticityTM: Cultivating Resilience, Agility, and Strategic Growth in Uncertain and Complex Times.

The modern world is relentless in its pace of change. With information flowing faster than ever—often inaccurate, emotionally charged, or overwhelming—individuals and organizations face significant challenges in maintaining clarity, resilience, and sound decision-making. This toxic environment can manifest in employee burnout, disengagement, and organizational instability.

Navigating this chaotic landscape demands breaking old habits, overcoming resistance, and managing uncertainty—all while balancing daily operations and long-term growth. To thrive, organizations must embrace both employee and organizational emotional intelligence as strategic assets.

Key Objectives

Employee Engagement: Demonstrate how Dr. Conrad’s 5P’sTM of Performance model can be used to foster high employee engagement, increased discretionary effort, and improved productivity.
Emotional Intelligence: Deepen their understanding of the key components of individual emotional intelligence–self-perception, self-expression, interpersonal skills, decision making, and stress management—and how they influence individual performance.
Cultural Transformation: Explore how to use organizational emotional intelligence to shape a workplace culture that fuels innovation, collaboration, and sustained success.
