Chief People Officer at First Orion Corp
Libbi Dixon Whitehurst, SHRM-SCP, Chief People Officer, First Orion Positive, passionate, and committed, Libbi leads the people and culture strategy at First Orion, a company recognized as a Great Place to Work for eight consecutive years and recently certified as an Amazing Workplace. With over 35 years of human resources and organizational development experience in the technology industry, she is dedicated to fostering a high-performance culture through a People First approach. Building First Orion’s People Operations programs and practices from the ground up, Libbi has in-depth experience in creating and nurturing successful teams and positive employee experiences. Libbi is a founding member and executive champion of First Orion’s Women in Tech employee resource group, focused on supporting the empowerment and advancement of women in the industry. Prior to joining First Orion, she served as Vice President of Human Resources at Acxiom Corporation, where she partnered with senior leadership across multiple global business organizations to drive HR strategies that enhanced company effectiveness. A graduate of Hendrix College, Libbi and her husband reside in central Arkansas, where they enjoy spending time with family, including four adorable grandkids, and traveling with friends.
