We will introduce Escape, Barricade, and Defend. Run, Hide, and Fight is not a strategy we subscribe to! Running doesn't tell people how to get out, where to go, and what to do when they get, that's why we teach places to Escape. Hiding only dictates where you want to die, we teach how to barricade to buy time for escaping or defending. If other options fail, we teach how to defend.

I teach active shooter response strategies, firearms training, verbal de-escalation, and cpr-first aid. I'm on fire and rescue and also an EMT. I am the former owner and founder of Lee's Karate Inc. in Jonesboro, Highland, Franklin, and Paragould Arkansas for the last 23 years. We trained physical self-defense skills with an emphasis in nonweapon training with ages ranging from preschool to adult self-defense including afterschool pickup from over 28 local schools. 141 Shooting Range Inc. was started about 18 years ago after realizing there was no firearm training available in the area beyond the typical carry class. After partnering up with Arma Training we now teach firearms training to military, law enforcement, and correctional facilities around the country. Church security training is also available. Our active shooter program is one where we come and show and teach your staff the elements of escape, barricade, and defend. We teach all 7 timeclocks of the active shooter event. teaching court defensible and field-proven techniques for civilians in schools, businesses, factories, daycares, medical facilities, and churches. I also teach 1st aid, cpr, and AED for businesses through the AHA, ARC, and more. Heartsaver and BLS certifications available. Now I also work for Vistelar and will be conducting Verbal De-escalation tactics, workplace violence, and active shooter trainings around the country teaching the verbal and nonverbal skills needed to avoid the use of physical force or use of weapons to contact professionals. I also buy houses and fix them up and then sell Rent to Own so if you have a house you need to sell but doesn't show well let me know. Certifications I teach are in Kenpo Karate, multiple certifications by the NRA, USCCA, ARMA Training Basic Firearm Handling, ARMA Training Basic Marksmanship, Arkansas Basic Concealed Carry, Arkansas Enhanced Concealed Carry, AHA First Aid, and CPR, Active Shooter Awareness and Preparedness tactics, and Women's Awareness and Survival Program, Vistelar's Verbal De-escalation and Conflict management programs, Vistelar's Workplace Violence Instructor, and many more.
