Let's Have an Argument

Key Objectives

- A comprehensive understanding of the primary elements of effective arguments.- An understanding of the important distinctions between an argument and a fight.- A step-by-step process for cultivating and managing healthy arguments at work.

Arguments have gotten a bad rap. It’s time we give teams the tools needed to reframe arguments, use them in a healthy way, and reap the benefits. This session provides participants with an understanding of what makes a great argument and the important differences between an argument and a fight. Participants will uncover the signs of an unhealthy argument and walk away with an easy-to-use framework for cultivating healthy disagreements at work.
