With more and more states enacting pay history bans, a heightened focus on equal pay for equal work, and the labor market becoming increasingly more competitive, it is more critical than ever for employers to have a well-structured compensation plan. In this session, we are going to take a deep dive into how to develop a compensation plan and ways to ensure it is aligned with the company’s short-term and long-term strategic goals.

Three Learning Objectives

  • Understand why companies should develop a compensation plan or update their current plan
