With more and more states enacting pay history bans, a heightened focus on equal pay for equal work, and the labor market becoming increasingly more competitive, it is more critical than ever for employers to have a well-structured compensation plan. In this session, we are going to take a deep dive into how to develop a compensation plan and ways to ensure it is aligned with the company’s short-term and long-term strategic goals.

Angelique O’Bryan, MBA, GPHR, SPHR
Angelique O’Bryan joined TPC Vision in August 2019 and brings 18 years of successful experience in HR and business strategy to the ranks. Her previous roles include serving as the top corporate HR officer for Saatchi & Saatchi X, Shopper Events, and Collective Bias. Her experience spans from small, local companies with 50 employees to international corporations with 15,000+ in their ranks.
A self-described idea hound, serial innovator, and proponent of strong female leadership, Angelique has also founded or co-founded multiple business concepts and is loves to combine her entrepreneurial mindset with the like-minded TPC team. She loves exploring the link between company culture/environment and organizational effectiveness, believing that a company must always be innovating in the HR realm in order to stay ahead of the competition.
She holds an MBA in Leadership & Ethics as well as a BS in Organizational Management from John Brown University. In addition to that, she holds both the GPHR and SPHR certifications from HRCI.
Andrea Rabeneck, SHRM-SCP, PHR
HR & Training Specialist at The Payroll Company
Andrea Rabeneck is the Human Resource and Training Specialist for TPC — The Payroll Company. In her role, she trains and assists clients in various areas within the Human Capital Management Systems. With over 15 years of experience, her focus and goal are utilizing her knowledge and experience in the field of HR to help contribute to the success of her clients. Andrea is a graduate of the University of Arkansas at Little Rock and currently holds her SHRM-SCP Certification with the Society of Human Resource Management as well as her PHR with the Human Resource Certification Institute.
Stephanie Cumley, PHR, SHRM-CP
HR Advisor at TPC Vision
Stephanie Cumley joined TPC in August 2017 as an HR Advisor. She has over 25 years of experience in Human Resources including 17 years as a practitioner and almost 7 years as an HR consultant. She spent over 15 years of her HR career working in the banking industry and has spent 10 years providing HR support to several companies within a variety of industries.
Stephanie graduated from Missouri State University (MSU) with a bachelor’s degree and continued her education by completing the Human Resources Certificate Program through the Management Development Institute at MSU. She holds her SHRM-SCP Certification with the Society of Human Resource Management as well as her Professional in Human Resources (PHR) Certification with the Human Resource Certification Institute. Her focus is to help clients become compliant with employment law regulations and to provide strategic support to help clients meet their business objectives. She enjoys working directly with and supporting HR admins who are making a positive impact on their employees and the overall culture of the company.
