We will explore why organizations should care about employee engagement and the impact it can have on an organization. Engagement is more than a work schedule and a paycheck. Fostering an environment of engagement builds a strong organizational culture and increases employee productivity, morale, satisfaction, performance, and retention to name a few. Having an engaged workforce can put the mojo back into your organization.

  1. Define employee engagement and the importance of having an engaged workforce and the impact on an organization's bottom line.
  2. Explore how organizations can foster an environment of engagement to build a strong culture and increase productivity, morale, satisfaction, performance, and retention.
  3. Explore the value of employee engagement and satisfaction surveys.

Andrea Rabeneck, SHRM-SCP, PHR

HR & Training Specialist at The Payroll Company

Andrea Rabeneck is the Human Resource and Training Specialist for TPC — The Payroll Company. In her role, she trains and assists clients in various areas within the Human Capital Management Systems. With over 15 years of experience, her focus and goal are utilizing her knowledge and experience in the field of HR to help contribute to the success of her clients. Andrea is a graduate of the University of Arkansas at Little Rock and currently holds her SHRM-SCP Certification with the Society of Human Resource Management as well as her PHR with the Human Resource Certification Institute.

Stephanie Cumley, SHRM-CP

HR Advisor at TPC Vision

Stephanie Cumley is an HR Advisor with TPC Vision. TPC Vision is a division of The Payroll Company that offers a full-service platform designed to streamline and enhance a company’s payroll, human resources, and employee benefits functions. Stephanie has over 20 years of experience in Human Resources including 17 years as a practitioner and 3 years as a consultant. She graduated from Missouri State University and continued her education by completing the Human Resources Certificate Program through the Management Development Institute at MSU. She also holds her SHRM-CP Certification with the Society of Human Resource Management as well as her PHR with the Human Resource Certification Institute. Her focus is to help clients become compliant with employment law regulations and to provide strategic support to help clients meet their business objectives.
